Lauren Bonasso, M.S.,OTR/L
Occupational Therapy Director

Lauren graduated from West Virginia University in 2010 where she earned a Masters of Occupational Therapy. She has experience treating a wide variety of populations and diagnoses, but specializes in pediatrics. She is certified in the Sequential Oral Sensory Approach to Feeding (SOS). In her spare time, Lauren enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Kimberly Simms M.S.,OTR/L
Occupational Therapist

Kim graduated from West Virginia University in 2012 with a Masters of Occupational Therapy. She has experience working with adult patients in a sub-acute inpatient facility and patients of all ages in outpatient clinics, though her focus is in the field of pediatrics. She is a certified provider of the Interactive Metronome training program and is 1 of 5 Certified Handwriting Specialists in the state of WV. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, Mountaineer sports, and spending time with her family.

Alyssa Nesler, M.S.,CCC/SLP
Speech Language Pathologist

Alyssa graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology and Audiology, then proceeded to earn her Masters in Speech Language Pathology. She has experience both treating and evaluating many different disorders spanning a wide range of ages and abilities. Her experiences vary from working with adults in acute care to working with children in schools. Alyssa is certified to provide WV Birth to Three Services. In her spare time she enjoys shopping and spending time with her family, friends, and dog Kali.

Tori Harker, OTR/L

Tori graduated from West Virginia University in 2020 with a Masters of Occupational Therapy. She has experience working with adults in an inpatient rehabilitation facility as well as children in an outpatient clinic. She enjoys working with patients of all ages, but especially has a passion for working with children. In her spare time, Tori enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family and animals.

Amanda Longwell, M.S.,CCC/SLP
Speech Therapy Director

Amanda graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelors of Science in Speech Pathology and Audiology. She continued her education and received her Masters in Speech Pathology in 2003. Amanda specializes in voice and swallowing disorders as well as severe pediatric speech disorders. Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband and their 3 children. She is an avid Mountaineer fan who enjoys attending WVU football and basketball games.

Taylor Coplin

Bridgeport Front Office Supervisor/Scheduling Coordinator

Taylor attended Fairmont State University and has been to many countries through the people to people student ambassadors program. She also had an internship with Walt Disney World. Taylor has worked in a secretarial setting since she was sixteen years old. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing with her two dogs and cat, and going to concerts. Her favorite vacation is anywhere warm or with a beach.

Dierdre Kowalski-Johnson

Dierdre is a native of Fairmont, West Virginia. A mother of 2 wonderful children, Dierdre enjoys being with her family and friends, spending time outdoors and is a huge sports fan. In her spare time she loves to cook and garden.

Taylor Reed, L.P.T.A
Physical Therapy Assistant

Taylor graduated from Pierpont Community and Technical College, with Honors, with an AAS Physical Therapy Assistant Degree. Taylor is board certified through the State of West Virginia. Taylor has work experience in both outpatient as well as inpatient rehabilitation clinics. Her particular interest includes: Women’s Health, Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation, and Geriatric Physical Therapy. In her spare time, Taylor enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, and spending time with her family and friends.

Stephanie Barlow, PTA, BS

Stephanie Barlow graduated from
Fairmont State university in 2014 with a
Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and
Nutrition as well as her associates degree
for physical therapy assistant in 2021.
Stephanie enjoys working with patients of
all ages but her true passion is pediatrics.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time
outdoors hiking, traveling ond reading in
her hammock. Her current goal is to visit
all the US national parks.

Amy graduated from West Virginia University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and disorders and master’s in speech language pathology. In her spare time, Amy enjoys all things Disney, spending time with her family, attending as many WVU sporting events as she can and assisting at her hometown dance studio.

Traci McGrath
M.S., OTR/L

Traci graduated from West Virginia University in 2012 with a Master of Occupational Therapy Degree. She has a passion for working with patients of all ages, with experience working in skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities as well as the pediatric outpatient setting. She loves spending time with her family, participating in outdoor activities, cheering on the Mountaineers, and playing games.

Steven Clark
Administrative Assistant/Therapy Aide

Steven grew up in the southern coalfields of West Virginia. He has worked in therapeutic and crisis management for 5+ years. He is a family man and enjoys teaching and watching his son learn new things. When he is not with his family, he is finding new experiences and broadening his perspective of what it means to be alive.
